Shipping Policy

At MakeUpByAlea, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely manner. The following terms outline our shipping policy:

Shipment Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed and shipped out within 5 business working days.

  • In the event of a high volume of orders, there may be a delay. If the processing time extends beyond 5 business working days, we will notify you via email.

 

Shipment Confirmation:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • MakeUpByAlea is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damage Liability:

  • MakeUpByAlea is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, ensuring you keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
